IMSA gets international recognition.

We are delighted to announce that the Irish Men’s Sheds Association has been recognized by Changemakers!  The Irish Men´s Sheds Association has been chosen as one of 15 finalists in the Changemakers Innovations for Health: Solutions that Cross Borders competition in partnership with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Pioneer Portfolio.

The global response for this online competition was a resounding success, sourcing more than 370 innovative solutions from 73 countries. “By being selected as a competition finalist, we have been honored for your outstanding demonstration of innovation, social impact, and sustainability.” (Ashoka Changemakes)

An expert panel of judges will select the three winners that will receive US$ 10,000 each to further their innovations. The winners will be announced on April 16th.
