Online Wellness Workshops
Suicide or Survive are running a series of Wellness Workshops. Each year they run around 30 Wellness Workshops all around Ireland. These workshops take up to 40 participants and are free-of-charge for people to attend. You can find a calendar of forthcoming workshops on their website here:
