Thank you Clonmel Men’s Shed from the Irish Cancer Society run/walk

To All at Clonmel Men’s Shed
Sarah MacDonald and I would like to thank you all most sincerely for making our Irish Cancer Society run/walk such a success. Simply put, you gentlemen were key to the smooth running of the event.
The signs were brilliant and kept people on course and just made the event so much more professional. Your generosity in throwing open the doors of the Shed to participants was truly marvellous and made all the difference to the steaming thirsty and knackered survivors. We really appreciated all the other help too, marshalling, borrowing electricity from your good neighbours, and the use of the booth etc etc.
Looks like we made almost €1500 euro which was incredible, and some people who couldn’t make it on the day contributed anyway, so it really was worth the big effort in the end.
