    You will need to upload scanned receipts and invoices to go with your application.

    • Overheads / Utilities • Electricity Supply • Oil & Gas Supply Heat/Light • Phone/Internet • TV License • Rent/Lease • Insurance • Rates (Water & Premises) • PAT Testing • Waste Collection • Accountancy Fees • Legal Fees (relating to Charity & Company regulations) • Equipment Repairs • Replacement parts for machines and tools i.e. guards/blades, drill bits etc. • Materials & Transport (A cap of €500.00 applies to this Area of Expenditure, this cap may consist of Materials only or Transport only or a combination of both but not exceeding a cap of €500.00) • Wood & Associated Fittings (Relating to small activity projects) • Metal & Associated Fittings (Relating to small activity projects) • Art & Crafts Materials • Horticultural Materials • Transport (relating to social outings) • Sundries • Postage • Office supplies and general office stationery • Tea Coffee Biscuits etc.

    Section 3. BANK DETAILS

SEPA-reachable bank account information can be found here. Please note that you should double check your Bank Details once entered. The onus is on you to ensure that all details are correct. All details requested, including specific name on Bank Account (regardless of whether this is the same as applicant name) MUST be completed to enable the payment to be made. Incorrect details may result in failure of payment.

    Section 5. Expenditure to be Claimed

    Qualifying Receipts and Invoices must be dated from 01/05/2024 to 30/04/2025. In the case of a receipt or invoice which is in another name (e.g. ESB in name of Community Centre) these must be validated by a Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths. You can find a list of notaries public on the website of the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland www.notarypublic.ie. There are 3 Categories of Expenses - Overhead /Utilities - Materials / Transport - Sundries. There is a cap of €500 on the Materials / Transport category. This category may consist of only Materials or only Transport or a combination of both but not exceeding a cap of €500.00.
