This form allows you to fill the application at your own pace and save your work as you go. You need all the same Shed, Bank and Insurance details. The PDF can be printed from your own printer or from a print service (most libraries and office supply shops provide this service). You will need your Shed, Bank and Insurance details and you will need to attach paper receipts and invoices to go with your application. The completed form and documents should be sent to the Irish Men’s Sheds Association office in Tullamore.

On the Phone – We understand that not all sheds have access or the facility to use these channels. In that case you can call 0818 900 800 to request a paper form be posted out to you. You need to fill this form in the same way, attach the paper receipts and invoices and return it by post to our Tullamore Office.
