We collect certain information or data about you when you use our websites, Menssheds.ie and MaleHealth.ie.

- clickstream data, which is information on how you use our website, using cookiesand page tagging techniques to help us improve our website

When you send us enquiries either by email, through our feedback forms, by calling the office or sending us a letter we will need to record certain information to help us answer your questions. The information we usually need would be your name and contact number or address/email address (to allow us to respond), the nature of your query and your shed name if relevant.
When sheds join IMSA they provide us with contact details for the shed and the names of two shed representatives who are willing to talk to new and potential members and to answer queries about your shed. We operate a public directory of sheds on our website at http://menssheds.ie/shed-directory/and this is updated annually when sheds reapply for membership. We also update the directory at the request of the individual shed to account for any changes in details during the year.
Where your data is stored
We store your data securely in the Republic of Ireland. Your data can only be viewed by our staff or carefully chosen service providers.
List of third party service providers with access to data
- Salesforce (a small number of support personnel have access to our main database)
- Redback (the Australian IT company which provides support for Malehealth.ie).
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this.
Keeping your data secure and disclosing your information
We have physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Transmitting information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data. Any data you transmit to us is at your own risk. We have procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure once we receive it.
We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites. We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so.
