 When you send us enquiries either by email, through our feedback forms, by calling the office or sending us a letter we will need to record certain information to help us answer your questions.  The information we usually need would be your name and contact number or address/email address (to allow us to respond), the nature of your query and your shed name if relevant.


When sheds join IMSA they provide us with contact details for the shed and the names of two shed representatives who are willing to talk to new and potential members and to answer queries about your shed.  We operate a public directory of sheds on our website at http://menssheds.ieshed-directory/and this is updated annually when sheds reapply for membership.  We also update the directory at the request of the individual shed to account for any changes in details during the year.

Where your data is stored

We store your data securely in the Republic of Ireland.  Your data can only be viewed by our staff or carefully chosen service providers.

We have physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
