Hi fellow Shedders, and welcome to our new Men’s Wellbeing Section on our revised website.
The purpose of this section is to inform you on a wide spectrum of Men’s Wellbeing issues whether they relate to physical wellbeing, Mental wellbeing or emotional wellbeing.
We will be posting articles of interest to you on how to improve your overall wellbeing by adopting new attitudes and/or lifestyle modifications relating to nutrition, self-care practices, personal safety and personal fitness. In addition to this Wellbeing Section we will soon be delivering Men’s Wellbeing presentations to Sheds on Wellbeing matters to be identified by you as being of interest. We also hope to appoint Regional Men’s Wellbeing Awareness Officers to support you with queries on Wellbeing matters.
